Everything you want to know.

When will Olio da Barba No. 01 be available?

Olio da Barba No. 01 is in full development. The scent is currently being selected from twenty-three candidates, developed in Salento. Edition No. 01 will appear when the scent is ready. Not before. Follow the selection step by step in our Journal, or leave your email address at the bottom of the page to be the first to know.

What ingredients are in the oil?

Olio da Barba No. 01 is composed of natural oils, without synthetic fillers. We will publish the full ingredient list (INCI) as soon as the final formula is set: here on the site and on the packaging. Curious how the formula comes about? Read all about it in the Journal.

How will I use Olio da Barba?

Orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days. Delivery takes on average 1–3 business days within Belgium and the Netherlands, and 3–7 business days to the rest of the EU. See our full shipping policy for more details.

What about shipping and returns later on?

As soon as Olio da Barba No. 01 is available, we'll ship your order carefully packaged to your home address. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal; for hygiene reasons, only unopened bottles in their original, sealed packaging are eligible. You'll find the full terms in our shipping and returns policy once the store opens.

What is the Tester Program?

Before the launch we select a limited group of testers who may try the oil for free in exchange for an honest review. Apply through our Tester Programme page. We select manually who takes part.

Where is the Beard Oil made?

The oil is developed and produced in Puglia, Italy, together with a specialised production partner. The brand itself is Belgian, hence the combination of Belgian character and Italian soul.

Do you work with hotels, barbershops or retail?

After the launch of Edition No. 01 we will build partnerships selectively: a limited number of addresses per region, by invitation. If you recognise your business in that approach, you're welcome to introduce yourself now via the contact form. Every introduction is read and answered personally.

I have another question. How do I reach you?

Email us at info@ilbelgabarbuto.com or use the contact form. We usually reply within a few business days.
