What does self-care mean for men?
In our language, grooming has become a small word, a matter of appearance, of how you come across. Cura reaches further. Self-care is not about being seen, but about the act: taking the time, giving attention, doing something with care because it deserves that care. The man who takes care of himself in the morning rarely does it for someone else's gaze. He does it for the hour itself.
Grooming is not vanity
That is where the difference lies. Vanity looks outward and wonders what others will think. Care looks inward and asks for nothing. It is a form of self-respect that needs no audience. The warm oil that opens in the palm, the scent that lingers a moment, the day that begins with a gesture entirely your own: all of this trains something that reaches beyond the skin. Why cura comes from the south
